The innovative layout redefines onboard living, transforming the transoms into inviting spaces to unwind—whether soaking in the views, enjoying open-air cooking, or simply dipping your feet into the sea. Natural light floods the saloon and cabins, enhancing the serene ambiance and sense of openness.

With four en-suite double cabins, Utopia accommodates up to eight guests, ensuring comfort and privacy. An experienced crew of three is dedicated to creating an unforgettable journey, where every sunrise and moonlit evening becomes a cherished memory at sea.

BOOKING

Step 1: Reserve Utopia

Once you express interest in booking Utopia, we can hold the yacht for you without any commitment or payment for a few days. This gives you time to finalize travel arrangements and confirm plans with your crew.

Step 2: Confirm Your Booking

When you’re ready to book, we will confirm the yacht’s availability and send you reservation forms, typically on the same day.

Step 3: Sign the Contract

We will email you a proforma contract detailing your reservation, including the charter period, base, and yacht details. Review, sign, and return it via email to secure your booking.

Step 4: Payment

• 30% deposit upon confirmation

• 20% by January 10, 2025

• 50% 35 days before departure

For bookings confirmed after January 10, 2025, a 50% deposit will be required.

Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card. Online payment instructions will be provided for your convenience.

Step 5: Request an Invoice (Optional)

If needed, an invoice can be issued at the time of booking.

Changes or Feedback

If you need to modify your booking, contact us using your reservation reference code, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. We also encourage you to share feedback about your charter experience to help us improve.

Please review our general terms and conditions, which will be included as part of your contract upon confirming your booking with Utopia.

TRAVELING

Transfer to the Port

To ensure a seamless start to your journey, please provide your arrival details (flights, cab, or ferry) when submitting your preference list. This information must be shared or updated no later than two weeks before your charter. We will arrange your transfer to the marina, whether you’re arriving from the airport or a ferry dock.

Passport/Visa Requirements

  • EU Citizens: A national identity card is sufficient for entry.
  • International Visitors: A valid passport is required. Please check visa requirements for your specific nationality before traveling.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance for your sailing trip. A suitable plan can cover various unforeseen situations, such as trip cancellations, interruptions due to illness or injury, natural disasters, missed airline connections, or even pandemics. Explore available insurance packages to find one that best meets your needs for a stress-free sailing experience.

ONBOARD
Start and End Times
  • Charter Start: Your charter begins on the first day of your booking at 5:00 PM. If you'd like to start earlier, please notify us in advance so we can check availability.
  • Charter End: Disembarkation is at 9:00 AM on the final day of your booking. Please plan to return to your finishing base by 6:00 PM the day before.

Check-In Process

Upon arrival, you’ll meet our friendly crew. They will:

  • Guide you through a yacht familiarization briefing.
  • Conduct a thorough inspection of the yacht’s systems and safety equipment with you.
  • Provide a link to the online APA report.

Check-Out Process

Before disembarking, our crew will:

  • Inspect the yacht with you and complete the handover paperwork.
  • Take the opportunity to hear your feedback and comments about your sailing experience.
  • Provide a final APA report.
What to Bring

Essentials for the Yacht

  • Charging cables compatible with USB or AUX inputs to connect to the yacht’s music system.
  • Devices can be charged via 12V USB ports or 220V European-style sockets (bring an adapter if needed).

Clothing Recommendations

  • Pack light and focus on casual, breezy attire.
  • Rubber-soled boat shoes or tennis shoes are ideal for onboard wear, while aquatic shoes are great for beachcombing.
  • For evenings ashore, pack slacks or sundresses, and bring a windbreaker for cooler nights.
  • Protection from the sun is essential: pack sunscreen, wide-brimmed hats or caps, and lightweight cotton cover-ups.
  • Use soft-shell luggage for easy storage aboard the yacht.
Sailing and Weather Tips

Our crew will provide a detailed weather forecast and sailing advice based on local conditions when you arrive.

Weather in Greece:

  • Typical Mediterranean climate: mild winters and hot, dry summers.
  • Best sailing period: April to October, with temperatures averaging 20–30°C.
  • June through August are the warmest months, with maximum temperatures of 29–35°C, tempered by sea breezes and the Aegean’s famous Meltemi winds.
